Due to COVID-19, a signed waiver and pool rules form must be on file with the HOA prior to entering the pools. Please complete the attached and email to CJarman@SelectiveMgmt.com
If you do not have access to a printer and cannot sign via PDF, the pool monitors will have copies available at the pools.
These forms will only need to be signed once.
If you have a balance on your account and are not on an active payment plan, you will not be able to use the pool facilities until your account is cleared.
