The purpose of the Nominations Committee is to nominate potential directors to be included on the ballot for vacancies to be filled on the Board of Directors at least 30 days before the date of election

Summary from Section 7.2 of the Bylaws of Old Cahaba Residential Association: The Nominations Committee shall consist of five person appointed each year by the Board, two of whom shall be directors and three of whom shall be non-directors. No member of the Nominations Committee shall be eligible for nomination for the Board by such Committee.
