Attached to this email is the official notice for the upcoming Old Cahaba HOA Annual Meeting. The attached letter includes meeting details and a proxy form for homeowners who are unable to attend.

The Annual Meeting will take place on Monday, June 30, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Community Clubhouse located at 146 Cahaba Club Drive.
