We are excited to share that the Old Cahaba HOA Board of Directors has selected PMI Birmingham Region as our new property management company, effective May 1, 2025.

After months of research, interviews and careful evaluation we believe PMI Birmingham Region will be a strong partner in serving our community and enhancing our neighborhood experience.

What to Expect

• Ongoing Support: Selective Management Services will continue handling all operations until the transition date, ensuring a seamless handover.
• More Details Coming Soon: As we get closer to May, PMI Birmingham Region will reach out with key information on what this transition means for you.
