important dates for the election:
​April 19, 2024: Deadline for homeowners to submit their nomination form to serve on the Board. Nomination forms  due by 3pm.

April 26, 2024: Annual Meeting Notice and Ballots Mailed to homeowners.

May 14, 2024: Q&A Meeting at 6pm at the church at cahaba bend.

May 28, 2024: Zoom Meeting with board candidates, 7pm.


May 29, 2024: Ballots due by 3pm.

June 4, 2024: Annual Meeting to be held at Helena methodist church at 6pm. Results of the election will be announced at the Annual Meeting.
